Wright Law Offices, PLLC—Work with Our Family to Protect Yours

As East Idaho’s Estate Planning and Business Law Center, Wright Law Offices PLLC is committed to meeting the specific legal needs of its clients. For example, we understand how to turn the unique challenges facing seniors (or those who will be seniors)—such as long term care—into opportunities. Similarly, we recognize the importance of business planning for employers, business owners, and institutional clients.

Although experienced litigators, Wright Law Offices, PLLC works to help clients avoid problems. Therefore, a significant portion of our practice is devoted to counseling with clients, reviewing employment handbooks and policy manuals, and assisting with statutory and regulatory compliance (i.e. minimum wage, overtime, discrimination). We also assist with employment disputes, drafting contracts, business formation, strategic planning, and business litigation. It is our objective to represent our clients in an aggressive, but honorable and professional manner.

A significant portion of our practice is devoted to meeting our clients' estate planning needs. We are prepared to help our clients find the estate planning strategy best for them, whether it be drafting a will or more sophisticated estate planning techniques such as creating family limited partnerships, living trusts, powers of attorney or assisting with the probate process. Given that more than 70% of seniors will need long term care, we also help our clients with strategies for long term care planning.

Wright Law Offices, PLLC recognizes the importance of providing legal services at a reasonable cost. Therefore, we strive to communicate consistently with our clients, both to ensure we are meeting their needs and to help our clients avoid the unpleasant surprise of unexpected legal bills.
